Dan, CPT, holds several certifications and has been training clients since 2007.   He is a Strength and Endurance Specialist and enjoys running, playing volleyball, weight lifting, and spending time with his daughter.   Dan has run a sub 2 hour 1/2 marathon and can do 24 Military Pullups.
