*Our programs are designed for body fat loss, muscle toning, and building endurance. It's a total body workout (arms, legs, and CORE). We keep the heart rate up going from exercise to exercise to burn fat calories and add resistance to even out and strengthen muscles where needed. Our trainers are all nationally certified so if you have an injury, we'll know how to work around it.
